As Commissioner Screenings & Festivals at Film i Skåne, Jeanette Schjerva supports the variety of filmfestivals and cinemas in the region. She gives counseling to municipality administration, filmmakers, arrangers and organizers in projects and events related to screenings. She also leads several networks in the region and is a part of interregional and national networks by arranging workshops and skills development where it`s requested. Jeanette is a Child Rights Strategist who believes that culture can change a young person’s life. She´s a part of the Network for Childrens Cinemas (Nätverket Barnbiograferna) who helps the cinemas all over Sweden to find a broader diversity of films for the young audience and make them feel welcome to the world of cinema.
