Hanna Reifgerst studied visual communication at the Bauhaus University in Weimar and the College of Arts & Design in Barcelona. Since 2007, Hanna works in script development and dramaturgy for young audiences. For almost ten years she has been working as a project manager for the funding incentive Outstanding Films for Children. She also programmed the youth film competition at the Goldener Spatz Children’s Media Festival in Germany and since spring 2022, is responsible for the section Young Audience at the Nordic Film Days Lübeck. She currently lives in Weimar with her two children, husband and elderly cat.
